Saifi Village II

High end residential project, located in Martyr’s Square in BCD, compromising 82 high end commercial and residential units sold amid 2 years of political and security turmoil (July 2006 Israeli strike, 2 year protestation, May 7 Beirut clashes)
Achrafieh 4748

Mid end, residential project compromising of 270 units, Full marketing plan, pricing strategy, and media plan was prepared in short period of time around 45 units out of 270 sold in just 3 months
Nacim Baabdat

High-end, residential gated community complex, located in Baabdat, comprising 16 large villas. BRICKS’ founders were engaged in the marketing and sales of this project as part of their incumbency with the owner’s rep. 7 units successfully sold.
Sabbah Project

Residential high-end project, located in Ramlet El-Bayda/Beirut area, comprising 8 simplexes and 1 duplex. BRICKS’ founders were engaged in the marketing and sales of this project as part of their incumbency with the owner’s rep. 6 units successfully sold.
Universal Tower

Residential ultra high-end project, located in Raouche/Beirut, and comprising 23 large sized simplexes with full amenities (pool, gym, etc). BRICKS’ role was as a full marketing and sales consultant, including preparation and execution of full Marketing Campaign, Media Plan & Pricing Strategy
